Laminar air curtaintechnology provides extremely safe "zero leakage" safety performance, which reducesthe energy consumption of air conditioning system by 80% compared with the existingventilator technology. It is the first and only ventilation cabinet in the world, which cannot only ensure safety, but also greatly reduce energy consumption.Main advantages: The world's first and only patented laminar wind curtain technologyhas brought extremely safe "zero leakage" security performance (SGS-certified U.S.standard testing). Compared with the traditional ventilator, the energy consumption ofair conditioning can be saved up to 80%. Highly intelligent design maximizes the safety,energy saving and ease of use of the hood. Modular design ensures the simplicity anduniformity of the structure of the ventilator.At present, speed is the main index of the performance and safety of the fume hoodin the fume hood market, but this method is outdated. On the one hand, it wastes toomuch energy of HVAC. On the other hand, when the fume hood moving door is open,the negative pressure caused by the operator's operation or movement at the movingdoor will affect the inside of the fume hood. The gas causes interference, which makesthe fume hood in a very unsafe state. Our company's patented laminar flow air curtaintechnology breaks the traditional idea that the fume hood relies on the surface wind speedto suppress leakage, focusing on creating an ideal laminar flow push-pull airflow movementstructure: the external air (outdoor air) is sent into the fume hood in the form of laminar flowthrough the three supplementary air outlets of the fume hood, and there is a negative pressurepulling force at the back of the fume hood. With this method, a stable air distribution can beformed inside the fume hood, which can ensure the rapid and effective discharge of harmfulgases, thus effectively ensuring the safety of the experimenters.Because of the laminar air curtain technology of our laminar air curtain fume hood, comparedwith traditional fume hood, the total exhaust volume of our fume hood is reduced by 40%. Amongthem, fresh air supplied from outdoor is 70% of the total exhaust air, and the remaining 30% isindoor air. Compared with the traditional fume hood, the amount of air discharged from the roomis 18%(60%*30%=18%) of the traditional fume hood, which saves 82% of the energy consumptionof indoor air conditioning.The top and bottom air supply ports of laminar air curtain fume hood form an effective air curtainpartition at the window opening, which protects the user's breathing belt, and partitions the influenceof external disturbance on the airflow organization in the cabinet. The traditional fume hood operator'soperation or dynamic movement at the moving door will interfere with the air distribution in the cabinet,and laminar air curtain technology can minimize these interferences.
